Detail-Lab Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Detail-Lab product you order. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and stress-free.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unused / unopened, with tags intact

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at sales@detail-lab.co.uk.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Full instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need something different?
The quickest way is to complete a return for the item you have. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be returned in:

  • Unused condition

  • Original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund
